No obligation, no pressure. Just a straight conversation about what makes sense for your operation.

Things people usually ask us.

How long does a typical installation take?

It depends on the size of your system. A straightforward farm bin automation can be commissioned in a few days. A full commercial elevator project with multiple legs and routing typically takes a few weeks from panel delivery to system commissioning. We'll give you a realistic timeline when we quote your project.

Can you upgrade an existing control system?

Yes — a lot of our work is modernizing aging relay logic or older PLC systems. We'll assess what you have, determine what's worth keeping, and design an upgrade path that gets you current without tearing out everything that works.

Do my operators need to be tech-savvy to use your systems?

No. We build HMI screens for people who run grain, not for engineers. Our goal is an interface your operators can learn in under an hour and use confidently without a manual in hand. We stay on-site until your crew is comfortable.

What if something breaks down during harvest?

That's why we offer service contracts. Customers on contract get priority response during harvest — we understand there's no such thing as "wait until Monday" when grain is piling up. Call us and we'll get someone there.

What PLC platforms do you work with?

We work across Allen-Bradley ControlLogix and MicroLogix, Siemens, and AutomationDirect platforms. If you already have existing equipment on one of these platforms, we can build on it. If you're starting fresh, we'll recommend the right fit for your scale and budget.

What does it cost?

Every project is different, so we quote based on scope. Small farm bin systems start in the lower range; full commercial elevator automation is a more significant investment. What we can tell you is that most customers see payback within 2–4 years through labor savings alone. Fill out the form and we'll give you a straight number.
